Colonel Hathi is a comically pompous elephant who styles himself after a British Army officer. He is a major character in the 1967 film The Jungle Book and a supporting character in its 2003 sequel The Jungle Book 2.

Hathi is a large, gray elephant with white tusks and a long trunk. He wears a red military uniform with a pith helmet and carries a rifle. Role in The Jungle Book
